How to increase your car performance?
Before buying a car, people may think about various factors. But once a car is bought, the only thing that matters is its performance. This is because the car has been bought and nothing can be done to replace it. But there is one thing that can be done and that is to follow certain ideas that will improve the performance of your car.
Clean your car regularly
This is probably the best thing that you can do to increase your car’s performance. As days go by, dust accumulates different functional parts of the car thereby reducing its efficiency. You can always do this cleaning all by yourself and so this wouldn’t cost you.
Use good lubricating oil
Using efficient lubricating oil can improve the performance of the car engine a lot. A particular lubricating oil is considered efficient if takes longer time to breakdown thus protecting the engine for prolonged time.
Switch to improved air filters
You would have known that as you ride your car, the engine generates a lot of heat. This heat has to be pushed out efficiently. This is the purpose of the air filters attached to the engine. You can improve the performance of the engine by switching to improved air filters that can bring in cool air from the outside into the engine. You can also improve this cooling process by adding an additional coolant to your cooling system.
One such additive known as water wetter is found to be very effective for cars. It seems that this particular liquid can lower the temperature of the coolant by about thirty degrees. In addition, it also provides rust resistance and corrosion resistance.
In addition to the methods cited above, there are other methods that can prove to be worth doing. But, these are the most important ones. |
