It is been a year and a half in split of Hero and Honda of Japan. Now finally Hero Munjals are very close to finalizing their solo ride and they’ll be very soon launching their bike without Honda technology. This bike is completely built in the newly established R&D of Hero and that will also be working with the other three overseas technology partners. They are really working aggressively on this bike and are very happy to announce this news too. They do have option to use Honda’s badging till 2014 but successfully they have done it much before. Their new range of products will be including motorcycles and scooters.

They are establishing their R&D facility in Rajasthan and are even investing whopping Rs 400 crore, it will be spread over the 250 acre area and almost 500 engineers will be working there by the second half of next year. They have also tied up with other firms like US based Erik Buell Racing, Austrian engine developer AVL and Italian two wheeler design firm engines engineering. The new and independent production will be making their reputation much stable in the market. They are all set to meet targets all set by them and they’ll be paying more attention on the durability, quality and fuel efficiency factor. Get ready as very soon we will be getting bike completely made by Hero.
