Before the launch date round the corner for its new generation Scorpio, Mahindra and Mahindra (M&M) has recently partnered with online marketplace Snapdeal for booking the sport utility vehicle (SUV).
“This is an industry first. We wanted to make it convenient for customers to book the new Scorpio and hence tied up with Snapdeal fro, the same,” Vijay Nakra, Sr VP (Sales and Customer Care) at M&M. Launch on Sept 25.
Scorpio has been Mahindra's one of the most elevated offering SUVs and the homegrown auto goliath is to dispatch the revived form on September 25.
Snapdeal co-founder and COO Rohit Bansal said, “…We are glad to partner with Mahindra and Mahindra to launch four wheelers on Snapdeal.com. We look forward to a long term and mutually beneficial relationship with Mahindra and Mahindra.”
Mr. Nakra said the organization would in the following couple of days begin an arrangement of for every dispatch correspondence, educating shoppers that the vehicle might be booking at the showrooms and online through Snapdeal.
“We wanted to open pre-bookings for the new Scorpio a week ahead of the launch. So, apart from letting customers book at our showrooms, we also decided to add more to their convenience by allowing them to book online by tying up with Snapdeal,” Mahindra & Mahindra senior vice-president (sales and customer care, automotive division) Vijay Nakra.
