Porsche car model 918 Spyder which was one of the largest selling Porsche sports cars will soon appear to the automobile market in a very different version than it has earlier appeared. In Stuttgart Germany the Porsche Car makers confirmed to the press that they will be making a brand new Porsche 918 Spyder Hybrid. The new car will be priced at $ 600,000 or above which makes the car only accessible to a certain group of super rich people and it is certainly not meant for the masses. Therefore, the number of 918 Spyder Hybrid made will be made only in a limited number and would not go large scale production keeping in mind the price of the vehicle.
These limited number of Porsche 918 Spyder Hybrid cars will be assembled in its home plant in Zuffenhausen which is just outside of Stuttgart. According to the company officials the buyers are enthusiastic about this Hybrid model and have around 900 people from all around the world showing interest for this car. This car however rake in a lot of money will even if thousand models of these are sold one can imagine the amount of money the company is going to make out of this car model. It may not sell as much as it’s Ford and Toyota Hybrid car competitors would be able to sell their cheaper hybrid car models but it will certainly get all the attention needed for a super car.
