In a bid to get the limelight greeting with ageing Aria a brilliant shot, Tata Motors has one more time introduced the new facelift with mechanical and cosmetic changes at par.
The Tata Aria ever since its launch didn’t perform well in the four-wheeler segment of the automobile market due to major reasons of downfall in the price tag. Now, the new Aria ready to leap the success with its fresh looks in terms of exterior, interior and engine which has been priced between Rs Rs 9.95 lakh to 14.74 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) respectively.
Meanwhile, powering the new Aria is the same 2.2-liter, Varicor diesel process yet it has been blocked to pump out 150ps, which is a trek of 10ps over the past engine. Torque rating stands at 320nm and Tata claims the new Aria has a general fuel productivity figure of 15.5kmpl (ARAI figure).
The new Aria offers new seat upholstery, chrome accents on door handles, a new NAVTEQ navigation system, pillar mounted AC vents, Harmon-Kardon audio system and Bluetooth connectivity etc. Other familiar luxuries on the new Aria might be rain sensing headlamps and wipers, controlling mounted sound controls, voyage control and chilled glove box. Tata have given careful consideration to enhance the new Aria's wellbeing and it has been stacked with six airbags, ESP, ABS, circle brakes on all-wheels and Traction Control System (TCS). The new redesigned Tata Aria will be offered in three variants- Pure 4x2, Pleasure 4x2 and Pride 4x4. The auto will be accessible in new shades of pearl white, cold silver and quartz dark alongwith the existing maroon shade.
